Established by our Clients in 2005, the Company specialise in the supply of a wide range of catering products from China, Thailand Korea and the Philippines to a broad client base of independent take-away businesses, restaurants, retailers and cash and carry customers.

Acquire Business Sales were instructed by the owners and founders of Yip Shing Ltd to confidentially identify and introduce suitable acquirers to the Company as part of their planned exit strategy for other ‘non-conflicting’ business interests. Following an exhaustive marketing campaign, the Company was sold to a strategic trade acquirer from within the UK food wholesale and distribution sector with ambitions to build on the Company’s excellent reputation.

Using a confidential description of the acquisition opportunity, Acquire identified and approached over 250 target acquirers from the UK / International food wholesale and distribution sector during the selling process. Sales documentation was supplied to over 20 qualified interested parties that signed our NDA, and following a series of meetings with potential buyers, three serious offers were submitted for consideration, which presented our Client with options and helped in the consolidation of the final sale agreement.
