Fire Barrier Services Ltd are a leading fire protection company operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
Providing a full range of solutions for all passive fire requirements, from structural steel board and sprayed applications through to fire stopping service penetrations in walls and floors, to partition fire walls and cavity barriers.
The deal successfully completed on 20th October 2017, following an exhaustive marketing campaign centred on the identification and introduction of target acquirers from both the UK and overseas.
Acquire managed the process confidentially from instruction through to completion in-order to protect the identity and goodwill of the Business, receiving expressions of interest from over 30 potential acquirers, 17 of whom proceeded to sign confidentiality terms.
